Architecture & Design

Based on the diagnostic findings, I design the target-state operational infrastructure. This includes future-state process maps for your top 3–5 priority areas, SOP frameworks, tool stack recommendations, and an implementation plan. You review and approve before anything is built.
Design & Document
Your time commitment: ~4 hours
This is where expertise becomes tangible. I document the SOPs for your top 3 critical processes, set up your KPI tracking framework, map out automation opportunities, and walk your team through the new systems. Everything is designed to run without me.
Transfer & Embed
Your time commitment: ~3 hours
The final week ensures everything transfers cleanly. I create comprehensive handoff documentation, run a final team training session, deliver a 30-60-90 day growth plan, and conduct a founder debrief. When I leave, your team owns the systems completely.
